This review is for the SERVICE department (nothing to do with the sales side of the dealership - Chris Dexter, I miss you...you were awesome).
I've been going there for 12+ years. I have ALWAYS walked into the service department and have been treated with nothing but respect. Kumar is the one person I've worked with the most. It seems like he always goes out of his way to help me (so do all the other service people I've worked with, including the gentleman I worked with this past Saturday). They are accommodating and usually get my car serviced in the time they tell me. If I've ever had a problem, they fix it. Remember, humans are not perfect but here they try to be.
It's sad to read the negative reviews below. I'm not sure why. At one point my husband also had a Toyota so I was there pretty often as we always serviced our vehicles there. I've recently been given a Toyota for business so once again, I will be there on a regular basis. I will admit, I was happy to be given a Toyota as a company car. I enjoy going for service here! -

Absolute nightmare just getting a price from them. Some of the more egregious "junk fees" are window etching for...wait for it...$349! Also, their doc fee is $599. Add to that they barely discount the vehicle and you are left with a dealer not even worth calling. I'd stay away for sure.

I purchased a used GMC Sierra at Newton Toyota World and they added a 20k Mile Drive Train warranty to the price of the vehicle. I eventually ended up taking it-had an issue with the drive system and was told that I have to bring it to GMC (GMC Truck). Then I found out that GMC has a 100k warranty anyway so I basically paid an extra 1400 dollars for nothing. Went back to Toyota World and spoke with the Sales Manager and they offered to refund 600 buck BUT couldn't refund the full price because the 20k mile warranty(which wasn't needed anyway) was almost out of miles. PLUS I would have to lie on the refund request. Oh well. Ended up just eating the loss. Buyer beware in all cases. Kris McNeeley was the Finance guy-watch out

Same owners as Subaru World down the road.
Same tactics.
What a scam. Every car comes with a "pre installed options" sticker which adds about $2000 worth of stuff that's probably worth $200 IF YOU WANTED IT.
Just another way of jacking up the real sticker price of every car. -

Avoid. avoid. Use Crestmont in Pompton Plains area. Rude service,
Noisy waiting area. You will see a big difference if you go to Crestmont. They care about doing a good job.
